Taekwondo & Self Defence

 

Taekwondo is an excellent form of self-defence, invented by and taught to all members of the Korean Army. You will learn to strike with tremendous power and effectiveness. Hopefully, you will never need to defend yourself but should the occasion arise, shouldn’t everyone know how to protect themselves? Only training on a regular basis in Taekwondo will give you the skills required to defend yourself if needed.  Students also learn to spot danger, avoid dangerous people, places, help you avoid the need for a physical confrontation.

 

Students also have the opportunity to participate competitively in local, national & international competitions (semi contact sport).
